Selling $30 to $40 monthly Recipes Website

Hi,

I am selling a website with consistent adsense revenue for the past 2 years.

It's making $30 - $40 per month consistently.

I've had an adsense account for 3 years+ now and only yesterday received an email that my account has been disabled due to quality guidelines.
No warnings, and no URLs provided. Just disabled. So I've decided to let go of my sites.

Here is traffic stats (no adsense stats since I can't login to my account anymore).



Site is wordpress based.

Domain registered with Godaddy - free push.
