Contest $30 Small Ad for Chinese Newspaper

We are going to be running a small advertisement in a Chinese newspaper, so we need an ad that will be in chinese.

The specifications are:
300dpi
2.75" x 1.5" inches

The advertisement is for my product called "PcPhoenix", you can find the website at PcPhoenix.net.

Here is an example of another person's advertisement running in the current spot: http://i.imgur.com/vVxnosk.png

The advertisement should say something similar to:

"Is your computer running slowly?"
"PcPhoenix will remove viruses and dramatically speed up your computer."
"Visit www.PcPhoenix.net"
"Discount code "worldnews" for 50% off"

Obviously the text should be as visible and eye-catching as possible, and should be written in Chinese.

Nope, sorry. I have no idea how Chinese works and i figured I'd need someone who speaks the language well to know how to create a good ad copy.

Sorry for the late response guys. I got carried away with some other development stuff and totally forgot about this thread.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to use anybodies design since all of them either had a design or text/language issue that made it impossible for us to use.

However, the design that we did send to the newspaper was loosely based of the design Athisa created, so i will aware the contest to him.
