    This is a great chance to pick up an established site earning steady revenue and requires very little upkeep. I started this site around June of 2008. The site is a basic myspace resource website that offers graphics, glitters, backgrounds, and other things people can put on their profile. I created some unique pages of famous actors which really helps with search engine traffic. I don't really put very much time into this site. Occassionally I will add a new famous actor page but other than that I just try to find link exchanges once in a while. Other than that, the site just pulls traffic from search engines and myspace and I don't really touch it.

    About the Domain
    The domain is .eu extension, that stands for Europe. You do not need to be a european resident to register a .eu domain, I myself am located in the USA. The domain is registered through DynaDot.com which offers a very simple free transfer from my account to your account. The domain costs $4.99 to renew right now at DynaDot. Also, the extension does not hurt its search engine rankings. The keyword specific terms in the URL actually helps it better than if it were some long .com...

    This website is great if you are looking for a low maintanence site that will bring you in a nice extra chunck of change each month. I will also be willing to replace all my adsense code with yours and transfer the site from my host to your host. This means little to no work is involved on your part for getting the site up and running on your end.

    Traffic
    Traffic comes mostly from search engines and myspace profiles. Google Analytics was added to the site on August 20. I have never paid for any type of advertising/promotion on the site. All traffic has come from my own marketing and SEO.

    Revenue
    The revenue comes solely from Adsense. The site does not use any other type of advertising. As I said, the domain had expired around June 1, so the site was completely down from June 1-July 13 when the domain became open for the public to register and I was able to re-register it. So there are no revenue or stat screenshots available in that time period.

    You setup Celeb pages on the site like some celeb pages exists on the site or you setup celeb pages on myspace with some kind of advertisement there?
    Will you train about how to setup Celeb pages to the buyer?
    Can you setup access to analytics account so that I can verify the traffic?

    The way your Adwords is positioned next to the images is not allowed. And you cannot tell visitors to click the advertisements, and your site uses images that state "click below".
    - So the question is then, when placing the adwords-advertisments correctly, would the site still generate revenue?

    Also the links on your site point to http://hotgirllayouts.com. And this site has exactly the same layout / graphics. Are you also the owner of http://hotgirllayouts.com ?
