It doesn't flash, like wass28. But I do Love that you put sumo arcade. I would it rather say "Sumo Traffic" or "Sumo traffic Exchange"

Great banners wass28, a great example of what I am looking for for the 100 X 100 banners, try moving the "sumo traffic" wording down to the bottom of the 100 X 100

but your logo isn't bad, but the cars aren't that attractive, try some characters.

you have to make 100 X 100 banners too, and they need to be flashy like wass28

Suggestion for the 100 X 100 banners: Try also making them mixed, so that they are not just one theme. For example, here:

This one, isn't a great example, but its ok. All I want out of this example is for you to notice that it has different themes, instead of just seeing the same character flash over and over.
