If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. There is no way someone has that many PR6 links sitting around. For instance I had a website that was a PR5 and I had a few who bought links at $50 a month. So if you add that up then the price you are getting it pretty outrageous and not possible. In my opinion I wouldn't go for it.
I have 120...they are only profile links as mentioned in the post, no one is giving you pr6 on the same page (just the domain)..I thought it wouldn't count but I did it and it worked amazingly...I'm top 10 for a 70million keyword phrase soley because of that
