My fault, I wasn't specific.

I like the idea of using SEGA font,
logo is to high, was hoping the ape would be similar size to the text.
Was hoping that the ape would be more like Donkey Kong not just the first on google images for "ape"

here is my effort i can proivide on illustrator vector and psd photoshop file

 

#6 - Ape still looks boring
#7 - Ape looks a lot better (is it unique? read comment for #10)
#8 - Font looks nice, colours too bright - Ape too feminine
#9 - Logo looks great, not sure how this would pad out on a store sign (rectangular), (is it unique? read comment for #10)
#10 - Corporate logos cannot use other peoples work, DK is owned by Nintendo, therefore I cannot use it.
#11 - Very clean logo, lacks the informal/fun aspect
#12 - Colours are not appropriate

 

my ape is royalty free clipart that ive had for years, but it is unique due to the fact he used to be wearing a helmet and riding a skateboard, however i edited it to make it unique.
