Hey guys a friend of mine is looking for a logo for him self. He's a dj and his nickname is James White. The text should be either James White or just the initials. Maby an emblem with his initials on it (JW) do not use "DJ" infront of the name! He will use it to print it on different stuff like flyers, t-shirts and Slipmats (LINK). But most importantly on his cds, website, and as avatar! For the colors he wants it to be Black and white or maby you can try something special like gold or silver. (He likes this logo) Try to use only 2 colors. He wants the logo to express his music style (Electronic music) but don't try to add stuff like lightning bolts or anything releated to electricity! The logo should be unique and look classy. I will give feedback on every entry but I reserve the right, not to choose any logo, if he doesn't like them. You will have time till next wendnesday. Hello Lalas111, Thanks for your entry. I don't really like the font. But I like the headphone plug! Also there are to many curves in the design, so that it doesn't really look classy anymore. And the aim was to make it look classy. Maby try something different like an emblem or something? take the ministry of sound logo as an example (look at the links in my first post) - Metling-Fire

It doesn't look like a logo! Your second one is allmost too simple. And the effects you used look really unprofessional! Lalas111: Thanks for your second attempt! Unfortunately it's not what he's looking for. It looks more like something from the gothik scene. Vivko: The logo looks to futuristic. Also try taking the Ministry of sound logo as an example. Darioman: Your logo looks like a plain mess! It's not anywhere near, what he's looking for! Creations4You: Your logo looks too glossy.
