I'm looking for a logo for a new project I am launching called: Indie Clothing Bundle. The prize is $30 and the competition will run for 7 days ending at midnight GMT on Sunday 15th Feb (or sooner if we really love an entry). Feedback will be provided on a daily basis. The logo will be used for both print and digital so please ensure it is vector format. We are looking for something nice and simple, clean and "flat". As a brief, we are thinking it could feature a box or package with some t-shirts, maybe a beanie hat but we want you to be creative. The message we want to convey is that we are running a competition to giveaway a bundle of clothes. As far as colours are concerned, everything will be driven from the logo so there are no strict restrictions although we do like the 'metro' colour palette: http://designmodo.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Flat-UI-Colors.jpg. Good luck to all entrants, we can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks everyone for their entries so far although none of them are really what we are looking for, unfortunately. The best submission came from @sheryonline via private message which I have attached here for reference. @Stefan Madalin I think you used too many colours and we are looking for a flatter logo @pehulz The font is too thick and the bundle looks a little bit off @Athisa The logo is a little too wide, we are going to need an obvious icon from the logo and there isn't really one here @logoesdesign I can't put my finger on why but this doesn't really capture the "indie" vibe, it looks too commercial @remus94 The bundle aspect is not obvious from this logo and I'm not sure what the splat really represents @herodineshkumar Again, there's no bundle aspect and the type of t-shirt is too formal @krishmk The bundle representation doesn't look great, I think a box might be better I think having a simplistic box with 2-3 t-shirts popping out of it in a style similar to @sheryonline's entry below is the kind of thing we are after. Would be great to see something along those lines. Keep the entries coming
Thanks for your entries everyone. Here is some feedback: @pehulz Can we try a less abstract box? @remus94 Can we see a version with less colours please? Maybe some font variations? @logoesdesign Can we lose the 'i' in the circle? Can you try and make them look more like t-shirts? @abjadoon1 Sorry but these are too amateur. @Playaone The t-shirts aren't immediately obvious and it feels a little too corporate @jreign The logo doesn't really convey what we need it to, sorry @Tarcea Sergiu Thanks but we are looking for something much more basic/flat
