    We are looking to "enhance" our current logo.

    We are NOT looking for a completely new and/or fresh logo design. It needs to look somewhat similar to the below logo, but modernized, enhanced, and refreshed. Please use the existing color scheme.

    It seems even worse that any designer in their right mind would submit an entry to a content where a contest holder has abandon contests with out explanation..

    I would think this is common sense..

    Yes, a winner will be announced. We have a clearer idea of what we're looking for (a logo enhancement, not a new redesign), and would like to move forward with this.
