    I think that the Mountain in the Text is a cool idea and cool effect but I don't think it is practical for our logo.

    I think something like what retzseo is what people should be aiming for. I'm not in love with the color of the text however and would like to see what it would look like with the (The Daily News Online) and the (News, Jobs, Community)

    We've decided to extend the competition until Monday morning to allow people to work on this over the weekend. And then we will put it to a vote around the office.
