logo design - Your fist design is better... is they a way you can lower his arm that is raised in the air... also the two arrows on the D and the U.

CoolWanz - Looks to much like clipart and needs to be more pro if that makes sense.

Vicky, a little to robotic for my taste, my humanlike, I like the creativity though.

Colleen, remove the arrow on the U and the chat box to the right.

Muddy, I like the concept a lot. I would say try to make it more glossy, change the colors of the guys in the letters maybe, im just riffing here not sure how that would look.
