$30 Logo Contest

Hi,

I haven't been on here in a while, but I need a logo for one of my sites.

The logo will be for my site NWnoise.net, we are currently working on a redesign of the site, but nothing is set yet. I would like colors similar to those on the site (blue/dark blue/grey/etc).

I need a logo that can be used stand-alone on print material or on a website.

Also, we generally format the name "NWnoise.net" or something similar, so that the NW is larger then the rest of the name.

Prize is $30 by Paypal and I may have additional paid work for the winner. Contest will end in within a few days, once I find a logo I like.

I forgot to add, one idea I had was to have "sound waves" or something on either side of the name.

I've had a go at making a couple of logos - Tried to make them simple as possible as regards to fonts for easier viewing

I have also added a slogan, can be removed or changed if you wish I just thought it might look better with one than without.

I've been a bit busy, but I will try and give everyone feedback...

@Steve136- I like the second one. But I need something that works on white or dark backgrounds, not sure how this one would do.

@jackieh1791- I like it, but it's not really what I'm look for in this project.

@logorice- I like it a lot. Could you try it with "noise.net" all capitals, but still smaller than the NW?

@kostas13- Not what I'm looking for

@Nang-Ex- The wave thing on the first one is exactly what I had in mind, but I'm not big on the font or the overlapping words, it also needs ".net" in it. The second one is also really good, but not quite what I'm looking for on this site... too corporate?

@stardesigns99- Not what I'm looking for. We are more of a hardcore/edgy company.

@karimc48- Not what I'm looking for.

@geboy79- Not what I'm looking for.

@owain1- Those are some really nice looking logos. I like the first one better... not sure what to comment on it yet. I'll have to get back to you.
