$30 Logo Contest - Web 2.0

Hey guys,

I need a logo for a website I'm launching. The website is called:

Starrcadia

And the slogan is:

Sit, Relax, Enjoy

The gist of the website is going to be a company website that owns and operates a lot of online websites, blogs, communities, etc. from all sorts of topics such as movies, sports, etc. So it's a general website, but the logo should feature some reflection of what we cover (if possible).

The colour scheme that I need is blue/any other achromatic color of your choice (preferably a lighter shade of blue). I need to be able to edit it through Photoshop. I need a target symbol; I haven't really thought about it, but preferably a something that resembles a star. The logo should definitely be web 2.0 style.
