Contest $30 Logo Contest - Tax Service Business - Easy - Quick Paypal Payment

Hello Everyone,

This contest is for one custom logo design for a Tax Service Business I am currently dealing with.

The website design has been created by myself, along with the business card. Now I need a good looking logo to go along with both.

The website is: san fer taxes . com (take out the spaces)
And a preview of the business card can be found here.

Note: The logo should replace the words: "San Fernando Income Tax Service" that you see on the business card.

Regarding the logo:

It should go with both the website design, and the business card. There will be not slogan. You should include in the logo the following:

San Fernando
Income Tax Service

I would like the end result to be in PSD format. Vector would be best so I can increase and decrease size to my liking.

As you can see from the examples I gave above, other websites are fairly simple in their logo, but at the same time, professional.

Please keep in mind, when designing the logo, the business resigns in an area called the San Fernando Valley and is a "Tax Service Business".

This contest will last for 3 days. End time: (Monday) January 11, 2009 at 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time

Payment will be made through Paypal. Contest winner will win $30.

I will try to check into this contest every 3 hours and provide feedback to all that submit their work.

mukhlis92: Thank you for your entry, but did you even read through the thread - This is for a "Tax" Service Business, not Taxi.

Leo Viscus Astrum: I like the idea of having a nice box like design next to it, but try something else. Maybe create a design that would relate more to tax or "the valley" (which is an area filled with cities that are surrounded by mountains)

If not, I would appreciate trying to create something else to put next to the San Fernando Income Tax Service text.

pheonix89: I like the design. I will show it to the business. I don't know if it makes sense for a tax service business. Would you be willing to take another shot. Maybe another icone next to the name. Something less 2.0 and more business like.

masjacky: I like the style. Alot. But the scissor just doesn't make sense. Can you place something else.

: I also like the style, but the icon doesn't give off that "professional business" vibe. Please try once more.

TightWad: I like the second one more than the first one. But still, the "circular" shape of the icon doesn't to good with the text. Please change the icon to something else.

masjacky: Thank you for your second submission. I like it. I can't say the icon of the "sun" will win it. But it is definitely in the loop.

Sarah_Skilled_Graphics: Thank you for your submission. Unfortunatley the type of design you created is not what I am looking for. Thank you for trying. I see it did a bit to create it, so I know you have the potential to create a logo. Just not that type of logo. Please look at the logo entry below you from TightWad. if you can match that quality. Please do submit another entry. I look forward to seeing it.

TightWad: Great work. This is the first logo I have seen that I can say will be in for a good shot. If you don't mind, please change the green into a blue and re-post. The same blue that is on the navigation area of the site (san fer taxes . com)

Rift: This is good. But there is to much going on. I need a logo that looks a bit simpler. Checkout TightWad's entry ontop.

: Thank you for the additional entry. This one is definalety better. I hate to ask you once more to re-enter. But I ask because I see you have potential to submit something I can show the business that they would like. The reason I will ask you to do one more revision is because the icon you implemented this time does not truely represent the business. Why? Because this is a local business. Not international. And the icon has a image of the world. Giving the idea that the business is "global". I will still consider it, if you do not want to submit once more.
