I am no one to give feedback on your design as thread starter himself don't take it as you want but frankly speaking your logo is nice but not matching the idea of what type of logo it must be as you must try to describe the niche with your logo

I think this smells fishy, check his profile he himself has a logo website and a portfolio he may be stealing ideas...or even wory the entire image.
