$30 Logo Contest - Last To First

We need a logo for our new motorsports forum Last To First. $30 to the winner via PayPal.

The logo should preferably be in vector format, but if you're really fond of your pixels then bitmapped images will work as well -- as long as they're in high resolution.

The logo needs to look good together with the colours #355D80 and #E5E5E8 that are used on the site. Other than that you have free hands!

If you want to use abbreviations, use LTF -- not L2F!

The contest will end at Sunday midnight (CET (get your time converters out! ).

There will very likely be some additional items requested that will be paid additionally such as a banner etc. Those items will be paid IN ADDITION to the prize for this contest. Those items will all be things contracted to the winner (if they are interested)

I was wondering how the second logo would look with:

1. Both Last & First in chrome
2. No drop-shadow effect on "Last" (or on "First")
3. Last & First aligned on the same base-line
4. Perhaps make the "to" just a tiny little bit smaller

and while you're at it perhaps make a version like the one above but with Last & First in the blue style?

Yeah, I like the looks of that one.

Perhaps try it with the "to" in italics and capitals too? (But still in the same size and colour). I feel like it sort of disrupts the nice flow of the "Last" and "First" words a bit like it is now (that's probably just me who thinks that though).

 

I've noticed most of you are submitting text only. We are really looking for a LOGO. I like many of the text entries but they need some logo to them.
