Agent-X: The red and blue (superman colors) are my colors of choice. Your combination blue Mighty red Ranking reallllllllly caught my eye.

The fonts and letterings are much better.
The arrow is really nice and brings energy!
The design multicolored is still waaaaay too busy for me
you can take out the "tag line" and leave crown on top.(does professional spells with 2 ff? Not syre anymore lols)

Here is a concept.
Used arrows on the crown to show "ranking" and making it look like a crown to to show "Mighty" and added a small symbol magnifying of magnifying glass.

 

i like that.
Try red and blue... I like your thoughtfullness about the ranking feel and arrows of crown.

The font is not so great either.

The cape behind the neck makes it look like a hunchback of notre dame
