$30 logo contest for a tech site

we would like a professional logo for our site www.thetechlife.org the logo should match all the rest of the pages assuming it will have the following


to a whitish background , the logo colors may include light blue colors like the top blue bar on the main page.

We are looking for a logo not a banner we have the right to choose the best logo that suits our needs and the winner will be paid via paypal.

an idea, couldnt think of much, so went for a more abstract look, will be much better quality if you like it

 

this one looks nice is there a way to keep the images and text from being squished?

 

by squished are you refering to the 3-d effect?

 

I think he is talking about the way it was deformed when substituted into the design

yep these are all exteremly talented people. Yes carolyn i was talking about the deformed part. I think if i get this one i would need the fonts and the PSD file so i need to modify it the logo should be a little smaller it think

its tied between I_love_pizza and Grunt cool wanz is excellent too difficult choices but personally i like Grunt's logo though you may have to add in a tech based social network somewhere alright people of DP help me choose hehe

 

This can be made a little bigger too
