$30 Logo Contest 48hr project

$30 to the winner of this design contest.
The contest will end 11:00pm EST Tuesday night.

I need a logo for a company called Internet Marketing Media.

The logo will be used on web sites, stationary and letterheads.

I would like the logo to say:

IMM Internet Marketing Media

Once we choose the winner we will need the winning logo to actually be turned into two logos.

The second logo will only be a duplicate of the IMM part of the logo. Without the Internet Marketing Media part of the original logo that you design. As the IMM part of the logo will need to be used in places that the rest of the logo will not.

I will need this in .jpg or .jpeg (not sure which is correct) format and any other formats required to use the image on the internet or letterhead.

We need all rights to the image.

there are no dimensions. We just need to be able to use the logo as a letterhead and on websites.
The second part of the logo that just reads IMM will be used on the return address part of the envelopes.
