Hi I need a web 2.0 logo and a favicon to this site: http://www.stockscountry.com The logo must have 400 pixels width x 80 pixels height. Must match StocksCountry.com Should include an image related with stocks, maybe a line with ups and downs with an arrow in the end, simulating a stock chart, this is just an example, be creative. Must include the description: All About Stocks, Directly From The Experts You can play with colours, but, must look professional and must look good with the white background and the blue of the navigation bar. You must provide the PSD's and any fonts used. Payment via paypal This is a 24 hours contest.
Some feedback to all. First I need to say, all of you forgot the ".com" on the logo, I told on my first post "Must match StocksCountry.com", not "StocksCountry". Maor - It's not a web 2.0 logo, too simple, has no bright, no life, I don't like. duez - You forgot the ".com" and also the "s", it's StocksCountry.com and not StockCountry.com, also, I don't like the clock you made to replace the o, retire the clock, please, and correct the other things I told you above, also, if you want, can you give some effects like unmasterplus did on his design? Use a reflex effect, play with two colours, something more web 2.0. You forgot the favicon. TightWad - I like your design, but, you forgot the ".com", also, can you use an arrow in the end of the blue line, use larger and simple fonts like unmasterplus used and maybe play with another colour and give more bright to the logo, please? oOSkyOo - Sorry but that is not a web 2.0 logo, too simple, it's not what I like. unmasterplus - Your entry is my favorite till now, it's beautiful, just what I like, but, you also forgot the ".com" in the end, please, can you correct, use the same blue that you used on the word "Stocks" or other colour and extend the reflex effect to the .com. I like more your second design because of the image on the left, if you have more symbols and want to use it in another example, it would be great. You forgot the favicon. In the description, please replace the point with a comma, it's "All About Stocks, Directly From The Experts". addweb.us1 - Sorry, but, that is not a web 2.0 logo, too simple, has no life. thegfx - I don't like, it has no bright, I like something like unmasterplus design. watari - From your previous work, I expected from you something like unmasterplus design, for a business web site, it is too colourful, you also forgot the ".com" and the description. The image you used is too colourful and I don't like, I like more the kind of images duez and unmasterplus used, I also don't like the favicon, look this site http://www.drpennystock.com and look to the small image on the header, before the word Dr PennyStock, I like an image like that to the logo and to the favicon, something similar. I also don't like the font you used, I like something more simple and larger like the font unmasterplus used. crowquill - I like your logo, but, you forgot the ".com", also if you can give some reflex effect and give some bright to the logo like unmasterplus design, it would be great. You forgot the favicon. IM3D - Like your first design, but, you forgot the ".com" and, please, give some life to the logo, use some effects, give more bright, again, I point you to unmasterplus design, it's what I like. Thanks to all, I will be online more 8 hours, so, let me know if you need more info from me, I will be looking the thread often.
Thanks for letting me know. This is my first time competing and I know I have to get better so i spend hrs daily getting better and improving my skills. The next time it will be way better than the first. Thanks again for the feedback.
dimitri123 Thanks for your entry, can I ask you to use another image on the left side of the logo, please. Let the rest as is, don't touch.
oOSkyOo Just an advice, all in the world is a question of supply and demand, so you need to provide what the people likes, take a look at the designs that win the contests or the ones that the people praise, and try to make similar designs, just my 2 cents.
