Contest $30 Header for website - 3 day contest

We are looking for a header image for a site based on the PC game called EVE Online, we would like the PSD files for the image. Here's what I'm looking for:

Size: 150x960
Colors: 212121 & 70bee9 and some other brighter colors, see this screenshot to get an idea where the banner is going:


Theme: obviously eve online but with a twist of the corporations (clans) that use the game.
Images: some eve online images
Text: EVE Online Corps
subtext: leave room for this as we will add it in the future.
