Contest $30 header contest for heating and air conditioning company

I need a header for a heating and air conditioning company, 950 pix wide by anything up to 350 or 400 pix -- just whatever you need for a good design.

Name of the company and logo is here:

The name of the company is "Ameri" and in that pic the liberty torch is the letter "I".

They want to keep that lettering, logo and letter colors but you can resize it all of course.

It needs to look patriotic, so a flag would be good. If anyone can do a waving flag effect that would be nice.

Some models they service are Carrier, Trane, York, Goodman, Bryant, Lennox. There are logo images available for those brands all over google.

You don't have to use all that stuff, but it's just some ideas for you to come up with a design.

hi, here's my try:

 

Guedda, I like how you used the liberty statue and the sky background. I don't think I like the font in different sizes like that though. That's about 800 wide, so you can go wider and stretch it out more -- maybe won't look so crowded then. You're on the right track though.
