Prince L: Very nice but not quite the image I am looking for. The orange isn't doing it for me. Thanks again.
Technoguy: Brilliant new entry. I was about to close off the competition but that has thrown a curve ball at me. Let me consider you new entry as it is very good. Good designer: Nice new entry but the lady looks a little dated as in an older image (not an old lady). I still like the font style you have used but its not what I'm after. Prince L: I posted a number of images I liked from istockphoto's previously if you are looking for the type of images I like. Ironically no one has used any of those. When I say image I am referring to the look and feel your header is giving off. WHilst it's excellent it's not the one I am looking for in this case. I'll be announcing the winner in the next couple of hours (picking kids up from school etc). It's now down between CGDesigns and Technoguy (most recent entry). Thanks
Technoguy: Post 104 - I can tell you that you have now hit the lead with your most recent update. Well done. I am very excited by your entry. The golf ball and golfer combo is hitting the right buttons. Good Designer: I like your design alot but technoguy is still in the lead. 1 more design to come - A designer who won a previous contest I ran has asked to get an entry in. I am curious to see what he is going to come up with. Once I see it I will announce the winner.
Technoguy: I defintely love your layout. The golf ball and golf hole on the left has nailed the overall design of what a golfer would be thinking about. As for the new women they are attractive but I don't want it to get too 'sleazy' if you know what I mean. Keep in mind these are professional golfers and both men (mostly) and women will be making bookings. The lady in pink works well and the lady below is portrays more of a model (even though the others are too) having a fun photo shoot rather than a golfer. One of the reasons I wanted a woman on the header was that many women feel intimidated to make a booking and this might encourage them to have a go. Men don't care, they just want to make a booking and an attractive woman might keep them coming back! Quick Edit: On second thoughts I do prefer having an image of someone who is actually playing golf and not just posing so your lady in orange is more fitting in this case.
Straight lift from the other people's concept wont make good impression of you even if you are a good designer
technoguy: Post 115 - The 1st lady is holding the club wrong so whilst she is pretty, smiling and swinging a club it looks pretty bad from a golfers point of view. The 2nd image is passable but I still like the orange girl so far. Do you have any guy golfers just to see what that would look like? If not then no big deal. Good Designer: Post 112 - That's actually pretty good but I'm still favouring technoguy. I still prefer your font style with the reflection within the writing. I truly appreciate everyone's effort on this. You designers are remarkable.
