My methods are completely white hat and involve nothing Google will penalize. Getting to Google PR1 can be so hard, so for only 30$ I will get your site to Google PR1. If I do not get you to PR1 check out my refund I offer to those who do not get to PR1. PR1 0% Refund PR2 20% Refund PR3 50% Refund PR4 80% Refund PR5 and worse 100% Keep in mind if I do not improve your PageRank I will not charge you anything (lets say your site is PR4 and I do not improve it I will not charge you).
I usually do SEO (or anything else over 5$) through SEO Clerks or Freelancer.com (even if we meet on a forum). That way I know for sure I will be getting paid and the buyer knows for sure I am not stealing money. I also should have noted that I accept money on job completion, so if you never get good SEO you never pay me.
