Have any of you seen this show? I caught part of an episode today and was impressed. Basically the show takes someone with a political view and puts them into an opposing environment for 30 days. Episodes so far: Immigration: A man against immigration lives with a family of illegal aliens. Outsourcing: A man who lost his job to outsources gos to india. Christians: An atheist woman lives with fundamentalist christians Abortion: A woman who had an abortion lives with a pro-life group home for pregnant women. I think the host is the guy who did the supersize me documentary. http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/30days/main.html
Yep... I thought the young girl was cute. Nice family like most people from central america. Very forgiving ie Christian. Although I'm really into the whole Minuteman thing, I respect the fact they get people's attention on this, and the guy fundamentally still holds true to his principles. The guy realizes that he's being a bit selfish, and that there's plenty of opportunity at home...which makes him appreciate it that much more. I agree with the man's assessment. Didn't see it...any good? OH shit....that must be an odd thing. I got to see that one. I've known dozens of women that have done it, sadly. All of them due to their irresponsibility, but hey....'they have a right to live with out consequences.'
30 days is one of the best shows on TV. It shows how disgusting society is becoming and often changes a persons life in the show.
