I am not sure where you got your information from as to your accounts got deleted.. But first you should have submitted a ticket, second you should have had back ups and 3rd we could have restored your back ups, that we had on the server, if we knew you were still down..
Sorry I sent you a PM when it went down orginally because support ticket system gave me this weird error.. it was like "error occurred expected -3894798 got -883737373" so it didnt let me submit a ticket and since I got no response from the PM i figured you had done with others have done in the past. As for the backups.. They werent all my sites so theres nothing I could do.
Please open a support ticket now and lets get your sites back up/ I still have all the (90% of the back ups from late December. Open the ticket we will get your sorted out! And as you can see!
