    Dear Friends,

I had a purchase of a software worth $147 from iscripts.com on 7th of July 2009 through paypal.

The company claims "No-Question asked 30 day money back guarantee"

I asked for the money back about 1.5 weeks ago. Since then the company is responding very slowly. They even sent me a refund form which I gave them filled.

They just say that the refund form is under review. According to my past experience, every company gives the refund in just 1 or 2 days.

I am now threatened that the company will not give the refund or they will pass out the 30 days and tell that 30 days are over.

I called the company many times but just get an answering machine. I left the message also but didnt get any respond.

Please help me in this regard. What should I do to get my money back?
I hope you people will help me.

File a dispute with paypal is what i would do first...

Try to found out if they are part of any ethics program or BBB or McAfee and stuff like that and threaten them to leave a bad review or notify these companies of what they are doing and maybe they will give it back...

otherwise if this does not work, get the word out there for what they did to save others :) there are sites that will blacklist them if you have enough proof

edit: contact trustguard they might not approve of something like this? who knows?

    Geo Trust
    Authorize.net

Paypal has the facility for buyers to initiate charge-back for getting the money back on the deal gone wrong!

I would suggest you to keep sending the company reminders of your request and wait for the response from the company till the 25th/26th day and then initiate the chargeback, after giving the company sufficient time to come out clean... on its own! :)

    Regards,

    RightMan

    well maybe

The best way to use them is to threaten iscripts.com saying that you will contact them about what they are doing if they dont give your money back, but before making any threats i would check to see if these companies CAN do anything. iscripts is paying atleast more than a thousand dollars a year to display this certificates so i think they will listen :)
