Hi Everyone, I recently bought hosting from an unnamed hosting company quick stated that they would offer a 30 Day, risk free money back guarantee on all their plans. Long story short, their hosting wasn't adequate (as I was having many issues with their server and their lack of response to fix the issues), and they refuse to issue me a refund stating that: "Our Web Hosting Service Money back gurantee is based on our SLA. SLA states that, you are not allowed to receive a MB if you do not occupy a proper reason behind your account closure." However, their Service level agreement is mainly based on the event that their servers are facing poor up-time. Shouldn't their "risk free money back guarantee" mean that they should nonetheless issue me a refund? I mean, it's literally advertised on the front of their site What should I do? Edit: Darn, mis-spelt guarantee in the topic
since you have a legal problems, and if you paid a big some of money, may be you should consider the services of advocate.
this happened to me with another host. paid $79. they said they had a 45 day money back guarantee with "no hassle" and "same day". guess what? the guy argued with me for 5 days and he finally told me that the refund will take "30 days to process".
