These are simply invalid because of the content that the client has put on their site. They are fully valid when coded and delivered to the client. I make a guarantee that everything will be W3 CSS & XHTML valid.
I would agree with Equalite. Most of the time once client starts adding content the validation is gone. Btw we all know 'W3C validation is not the only real way to test good code' @Equalite you don't mind i bumped ur thread, do u? [i fear infractions a lot heh he]
