    We are in the process of redesigning our website and for this we are looking for creative ideas to modernise and adjust our current logo to the new website design.
    Here is our current logo:

    Your job is to change/adjust our current logo in a way that would match the new website design in colors, look and feel. But also make it look more modern and compelling...
    Or if you have a better idea for a new logo that you believe would fit better to us - go ahead and design it.
    The best logo idea will be rewarded with instant $30 PayPal payment.

    Once the winning logo is awarded by me and payment is made - I will need it in PSD (would be also great if you could delivere it in SVG too) format and also in optimised for web PNG (with transparent background).

    to work best on website i decided to make it horizontal
    I made it in illustrator because you can not save svg files from photoshop, so to be able to design all the files you need i made it vector in illustrator :)
    Let me know if you need some changes

    Thanks guys and gals,
    was away for few days, that's why the late feedback, sorry.
    So, to be honest, I was a little disapointed to see the lack of creativity on the most of the sugestions, but suppose it's also my fault because there were no detailed requirements from my side.
    But anyway, there were also few ideas that are usable with some adjustments and enhancements.

    @getdomain4u - I like your idea. I think the way you have put the waves on the house and the house itself give it some 3D feeling and that is good.
    I would like you to make just following changes on it, and I think we are good to go:
    - use the real colors of the new website theme http://shinetheme.com/demosd/estate/ (orange #F6700E, dark orange #E8501E, blue #19B8DF, gray #313131, dark gray #212121) - I suggest that you add the rest of the home to complete a square home (under the waves) - maybe make the bottom right corner of the house visible in some way ...
    - Use the curent (old logo) badge style for arrount the house with the waves to write the website domain "www.ArrangeYourVacation.com" and the Title "Vacation Rentals".

    Of course if anybody else beside @getdomain4u believe that can make it even better - he/she is welcome to try. The competition is not over yet.
