Hi Guys, Wanna see your best for www.cavanfishing.com. Fairly self explanatory site! The owner would like to see the use of a fishing rod or fish in the logo if you can, but that probably goes without saying! And the usual, web 2.0 blah blah blah... -Contest ends two weeks from today, or sooner if we get what we're looking for! -$30 to the chosen entry -Paypal payment only -We reserve the right not to pick a winner, but hope not to! Best of luck!
Preferably a modern sleek look as it has to be professional looking, though I'm open to suggestion. Some of you that have posted attempts already, have obviously not looked at my site because there is no colour co-ordination at all. Please keep that in mind as the sites current colour format will not be changed to suit the banner As for current favs, I think crowquill is getting the idea though it's somewhat raw I'm afraid. I also like the hook in mitcharr's attempt. One point I may add is that this is a coarse fishing site in Ireland and the species involved are caught in lakes and rivers, though if you checked the site out, you'd know that already... Keep 'em coming please!
Yes I would like the image of the lake to stay there. Still not grabbing my attention fully guys but you're all not a million miles away. There are a couple there that have the essentials i.e. hooks/rods (need reels) but they're not quite making me jump up and down. Any one want to try using a maggot on the hook perhaps...?? Just trying to add suggestions for ya. Cheers for all the attempts so far though, we'll get there eventually!
Add a reel and elaborate on the "g" being more like the hook that's on here if you can. Maybe add a maggott too..? Then blend it with my current logo to see how it looks on top of it.
I am the contest holder. It's my site that this was posted for, but I had no internet connection to begin with, but have since registered on here and it will be my decision and myself who will be making payment for the winning designer (if we get one). The poster (Mirror) told me about this site and that's why he posted the initial request on my behalf. Understand?
