I'm still low in the X range.. is that normal? All my clicks are valid and my unique visitor per day is about 1400.

This is normal for most of the low priced keywords.

    It depends :)
What's your niche, how long have you placed the adsense code to your site. Check bid overture tool to see if your average cpc is close to it.

Do you have the link or location for the bid overture tool?

Those figures look pretty accurate to me - if you are making $.2+ a click you are doing fairly well. What I'd look into more is your CTR. How many impressions do you get a day. With 1400 visitors a day I'd expect that you'd get at least 5,000 impression and if you are getting a CTR less than 1% this is probably a bigger concern than the CPC - because you don't really control what advertisers pay for clicks, but you can influence the number of clicks you get by your ad design and positioning.

It all depends on your sites. I get 5000+ uniques a day and onyl get 15,000 - 20,00 impressions, and you will notice I said "at least 5,000 impression" implying that I thought that was the minimum he would be getting, it is quite possible - like you say that he could be getting many more... but I didn't want to assume he got 20,000 impressions because that would imply that his CTR was EXTREMELY low in which case that would have been the problem.

AdSense is paying way to low and they should prepare to raise ther income of there publishers when Msn takes out there program beacuse competition is going to get tuff.
