30 clicks, $1

Is this normal with adsense or its my site that has so little importance that google will only give it cents?
I really never understood how ppl make money with adsense...it seems like a fairy tale for kids...

 

It happens. One of my site normally gets less than one dollar with 10 clicks. I think it is related to the niche we have chosen.

 

I have a better nich which used to pay .2,.5, even 1 dollar per click but i dont get clicks there anymore, its dead :\
In the other sometimes i get 1 cent overall several clicks +_+

its not only the niche, your video geo also counts. visitors from north america pays the most where visitors form non-english speaking countries pay the least. check to see where your visitors are coming from compared to before when you were getting paid more.

sometimes seasonal nich pays more during that specific season. for example, certain niche will do well during xmas as lot of advertisers are bidding high for those products/services during that season due to heavy demand. if the demand for that product/service is low at any given time, there will be less advertisers meaning less competition which translates to low bid cost and less pay per click.

lots of factors involved for low pay, you just need to investigate and find the reason

I think ur sites keywords are very lowly paid. Go for some high paying keywords and write some original content. This will get u good earning and pay per click

 

I assume its mainly asian traffic. try another niche dear i won't suggest to work harder on it.

 

It also happens with me. Mainly due to low paying niche and non US traffic.

I got between $0.01 and $0.2 per click.
It depends on niche keywords,country origins of clicks etc.
I have not done yet,but best way is to Integrate your AdSense account with Google Analytics to get details.

 

There may be many reasons for this, First of all the placement of your ad, means you have to choose the best place on your web page to place the google ad and you can check it by generating the heat map of your page for placing the ad.

Secondly selection of the niche for your website mostly decide the CTR for your ad. Next the theme of your website, if it would come from the very low paying adverts simply.

So you have to notice every point to get more profit for clicks on your ads.

 

As many said it is obviously your niche, but it does not mean that things will always be same, I have a similar low paying niche site but for some days the clicks really start paying much more then other days, so don't let the effort go away.
