    Hey guys,

    I want a logo/header/design for my new business. I sell automotive gas struts for bonnets/tailgates/hoods/boots (in Australia). The name of the business is 'BertStruts'.

    Competitors in the market have this sort of design:

    I don't want to copy them, it's just to give you an idea of the sort of market I'm in.

    I don't have a set size for the logo/banner - just keep it to a size that I can play around with later (e.g. not so big that I can't adapt it to an average/smaller website/template).

    Feel free to include a car, some gas struts (my biggest selling product is the Mazda 6 hatchback gas struts), a mechanic? Use your imagination.

    Note* I will obviously require the PSD or source files for the image, as I will edit parts of it to use as letterhead/logos elsewhere.

    That's really cool :D Although the 'U' looks a little weird, might want to fix it up a bit. That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. Could you show me how you would adapt it to a banner?

    @johnrossgd: It really doesn't work on a banner..

    @brainstormingin: It looks a little plain - and actually quite like another product. If you type 'atmoss' into Google, click the first link, click 'enter as guest' and then search for 'strut' in the search bar - you will see that there is a trademarked image just like this one.

    @pauly a: Sorry man but it's just way too plain and buggy.

    @TJB10: Very good idea, I really like it.

    @Ashish92: Great concept, works for me.

    @Yakume21: Sorry but WAY too similar to the image in OP. Can't be used.
