    Sorry for the delay and special thanks for the invite. Here is my entry, something simple & bold :) 3D Logos are usually not my piece in the pie mainly because of the lack of capabilities in printing media (and I love vectors) but here is a try.

    Last but not the least, I do remember what you said about the geometry based balanced designs and that can be easily incorporated into the circle in between if you do require em.
