$30 animated Red Alert 3 Banner!!

Hello,

I require an animated banner for my new website: http://www.redalert3.co.uk/new/

You will see the red box saying advert well this is where the banner will located with that size and color border. As you can see the site is themed around a game called Red Alert 3 and you can find lots of images relating to the game on google.

The banner will tell people to join in with our forum and to become a member NOW. Members will win prizes relating to the Red Alert 3 game such as the game, game guide, amazon vouchers, game vouchers and hmv vouchers.

I want it animated with an airship from the game somehow floating across the banner, heres an example of some,

Make it match the site and look very nice with text to say what the banner is about.
