$30 ANIMATED Banner GIF Competition

hi guys,

This is my first competition so i will attempt to be as precise as i can be.

I require an animated gif banner of size 728X 90

It will it will be based on a guy namely Ben Cousins (Google him) who once ran away from a police booze bus.

So the aim is to show a muscley cartoon version of a Cousins running away from a booze bus or a police car with a siren etc. The words 'Such is life' will need to come out of his mouth in a speech bubble as he runs off.

Be as creative as you want, will need the cartoon to have brown hair etc and look similar.

I hope to find a winner who will be able to do further work for us, through the new year.

is $30 unreasonable for this? If it is let me reavluate the winning ammount

need some feedback if it's too hard to be done, can use images rather than cartoon if need be.
