30-40 Banners and a Logo Design!

    I am looking for for 25 to 40 banners and a logo design. Most of the banners will be animated. I will pay as you keep delivering me in 3 or 4 payments. I am not looking for the cheapest offer and I am not looking for a quick 24 hours turn around time. You can take up to you a week. What I am looking for is high quality with a reasonable cost. Yes, cost is important but quality is a lot more important. Please send me a good plan of what you can deliver and how it can improve my website look and feel.

    Here is what I need.

    I have two websites with very few graphics. There are a total of with about 5-6 sections in both sites in total. These sections are for Japanese video games, toys, cars, shopping services and auction services. I will pm you the site links which needs the banners and graphics. I will also pm you a few competitors websites and some banners/graphics examples you can use as a starting point.

    The purpose of this whole exercise is to improve my website and convey my website message to my customers in a better way than words. Banners and graphics can convey the message in a better way than words.

    I need an improvement plan through banners and graphics and the places where we can put the banners (I am not looking for a website redesign. I already have a good team for the website design work). I would also appreciate if you can send me examples of how the site banners would look like after they have been implements. The banners and graphics will be of different sizes. You will have some freedom to make recommendations on where to put what and what size banner or graphic to use.

    Update:
    After giving it some more thought, I think we will end up with 20-25 mixed size pieces with about 50% animated.
    I will pay with paypal/moneybookers.
    Also, I have decided to remove logo from the design work. I thinks thats a seperate project and I will pay for the seperately.
