With a wonderful design I just completed/received in a contest at dp, I have decided to update the logo-banner-header of one of my new pet websites as well. Please have a look at my website here I will pay $30 by paypal to the winner. All contestants must present their designs here in the open. I will put all the required info below: This is what I need to accomplish with this contest The space is limited. The space available for the design is just above the black line--the line above the grey menu where we have the six menu names, starting with Video Games. The rest of the website design will not change. So, the logo, banner and the rest must match and enhance the overall website look and structure. 1. A nice simple and elegant logo that will represent Japan and Japanese video games. The logo must have shoppingfromjapan.com or shoppingfromjapan. I may accept SFJ if its an outstanding logo that will represent the entire shoppingfromjapan.com business. 2. We will need a banner. So, the flow from logo to the banner must be very smooth. The banner should preferable be in the center. Once the final winner is decided, I will need the banner to be animated--with 2-4 layers (the top priority is the first look, so plz ignore this till the contest is over. This will be done after the payment). 3. The munu links just below the wine red row on the top right needs to be adjusted somewhere. We will need those links, so please find a suitable place for that too. 4. When you do the design, please keep in mind that we are Japan based company. The design should represent Japan, Japanese video games and Japanese culture. This is just a suggestion. These are the requirements. Payment will be made within 24-48 hours after winning.
