    It is parked. So, there must be type-in traffic for any revenue. Because you know parked pages have no real text content to be crawled and ranked by search engines. It makes only a few cents as it has no content. If it is developed with relevant content, it can easily receive high search traffic. I think that its value is based on the demand for its keywords:

    It only needs a relevant text content to receive the traffic above or more.

    Just a word to the wise, Estibot.com valuation of domains is not very accurate so be prepared to see lower bids be offered.

    Personally i fail to see the $30k value of the domain but thought i would just give you a shout to let you know that if its worth that to you, pay to have it appraised professionally and certified.

    You have back up to your claim then.

    @BlackIceCreations; As I said before my BIN will be less than $5,000. If the $30,000 value is correct, the buyer will make more than $25,000 profit.

    As for certified appraisals, please advise which one is most reliable. If the certified appraisal says that the domain worths $250,000, will you believe that $250,000 is correct?

    I used Sedo before and they look deep into the domain to analyse a number of factors.

    With the sale you then have a reason for your pricing, i find it helps sales.

    I had a domain appraised by them and seems i paid a little over its worth but we all learn. ;)
