+30.000 Adult Images, what to do with them?

    Hi

    I have a large (huge) collection of adult galleries with series of images that i've collected over the years.

    Is there any legal way of publish them on a adult directory ? (i've removed a link because i did not know it was forbidden :)

    Probably not... First, if you don't have the rights to the images, you can't publish them legally. Secondly, adult websites need to follow the new 2257 record keeping rules, which basically says for any performer you display, you must keep a full record of them (which includes (real) name, birthdate, etc.)

    Wow i didn't know that. do they actually have those records? but could it be that some of that images are rights-free ? There are actually inspectors looking for that kind of info ? Even non-USA sites need that?

    They *could* be rights free in theory, but I doubt it. Why would anyone that owned the rights just decide to give them away for free? :)

    They have been coming down pretty hard on sites that do not keep the proper records. As far as non-US based sites, I have no clue. Would probably be hard to enforce copyright as well as record keeping compliance for out of country sites either way.

    hehe i know i thought about putting an Adult site in the past but with all the regulations etc it put me off.
