    I need a mini site something like this http://casualtyautoinsurance.org only for a mortgage site. keyword: bad credit mortgage refinance must have a youtube video on bad credit mortgages news letter sign up, a comment section, an article maybe some search results. one add banner 300 x250 and installed good luck.

    I agree with Anterr.

    I think your best bet would be to find a free template that you like and for the $30 have a logo and header designed.

    I would barely make an uncoded wordpress design for such a low amount. Raise price or I guess I won't enter. Or, just allow it to be uncoded, possibly.
