$30.00 psd to css

I'm holding a contest in conjunction with another contest I'm running for a website design. It seems as though a lot of the designers would rather not code the site but instead provide the *.psd file. so here's what I will need:

a pure XHTML/CSS and tableless site generated from the psd file with a working menu.

Please let me know if you're interested and I'd love to see examples of your work.
