    OK so check it out. This a contest to fix up my mascot. I haven't finished him, but I know what I'd like.

    Eventually it will be transformed into a logo, but I want the devil to have a facial expression to that of a "sneer" and a "smirk"

    Definition for sneer: 1. A scornful facial expression characterized by a slight raising of one corner of the upper lip.

    Definition for smirk: To smile in an affected, often offensively self-satisfied manner.

    I'd like his mouth represent that of a sneer and a smirk.. Aka a snerk.

    I would like you to follow the shading guidelines I have already done.

    I will add an extra $10 if I like what I see.

    Contest will run for 4 days and I reserve the right to not announce a winner should I not find someone who completed what I want.

    Feel free to add any other little touches to it but I'd like the shading to be kept how I started it.

    whatever you want. illustrator, cs2, photoshop.. I just care about the end result.

    ariestoteles - yours are alright, but the one on the right looks most what I'm looking for. Nose looks a little weird and the teeth are crooked LOL. But you got the right idea.

    Noob designer, I really like your entries. You have emulated the style I was aiming for. I like the Sneer the most. Only suggestions I would have would be to clean up the teeth a bit (maybe add a very light grey shadow around them like I did with the horns)... would you be able to do something with the ears as well? Maybe something like the blue devil I posted originally... Thanks

    Ariestoteles - I'm not a fan of the feathered shadows..I really like the simplistic clean look.
