Maybe emphasize "Assured". The header should sit above the top-vertical menu, in replace of the empty grey background or overlaying the empty Grey background, whichever you feel completes the design! Also I'd like for the round symbol in the attached logo to be incorporated somehow. Now the logo doesn't have to retain it's original color. It just has to retain it's shape design.
