Selling 3 Yr Old PR-2 Game Review Niche Blog For Someone Who Can Maintain It

It has a unique content blog which I do not have time to maintain and update frequently, this is the only reason for selling this.
I am keeping a very low reserve and small initial bid. And a really reasonable BIN price if you know the value of aged PR 2 domains already indexed by Google.

After I bought this I only used it for selling links and the original plan was to sell guest articles with backlinks on Fiverr for $5 each. Even if 1 per day would mean much better than pennies by Adsense. I do not find time to go ahead with my Fiverr selling plan and I want to pass this on to someone who can use it and maintain it and earn from it as it has potential to gain higher PR with regular updates and some linkexchange, being a really aged domain.

Please consider no traffic, no revenue except backlink sales. All backlinks have expired and you can change the whole template and start selling links from fresh, you do not have to keep any old backlinks. It is not autopilot or I would never sell it, you will need to maintain the blog and then use DP and other forums to sell backlinks from this PR 2 site. The current theme is free and has encrypted footer, you will need to change to other free gaming themes to make it really elegant... all this was my plan to grow this already aged site but I keep delaying it and I don't want to waste a site which can be useful to someone else.

Even if you do not buy it for the site content, yet the natural valid PR 2 domain itself is valuable for link sales and guest articles. It is much wiser to invest in a valid aged real PR 2 with content indexed than a dropped fake PR domain sold at so high prices.

I purchased original articles and I guess someone sold me a copy and claimed it to be original. New owner of the blog will need to do some editing to make it more original and the PR will surely jump to PR 3 in the next update due to its age and site history if some work is put into this site.
