My largest website stayed PR1 for 3 years, isn't that a bit ridiculous? Does PR2 requirements kept rising in those 3 years? +_+
give backlink with high pr innerpage.. or edu backlink.. it would raise your pagerank.. maybe..hihihi
this is quite common for many websites ( a raise in PR ) well if you don't build links on relevant other websites with good PR as well, then you really can't expect anything. If you do nothing then why expect something out of it right. just try and build links from the offsite stand point and you will be fine.
Are you actively building back-links for your website or have you just left it? You can't expect a return if you're not doing the legwork.
You kidding right? Like if there was a way for you to build backlinks on sites/pages which PR is not 0 Or maybe you mean begging?
Dont bother about the PR, it doesnt mean anything if you really want to gain better PR, just do the link building on those dofollow website/forum/blog only dofollow backlink are passing you the PR juice
May be the quality of content you have posted in your website is not so good and one factor may be your backlinks are not so good or not in great number.
many try to make it complicated. But if you just focus on quality content, I know you'll get higher PR for sure
The main thing is what type is your website is it a dynamic or a static one and how well is it optimized.
To get better page rank you need to get backlink from authoritative domain which have some relevant content and less obl.
fallow some steps ... 1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. 2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. 3. Using ezine ads (or newsletters). 4.Creating and publishing articles. 5.Links from related websites.
Build high PR links, and you will see the high page rank, but fact is that you dont need page rank to get high ranking on serps. Tks
It sounds like you need to build more links to your website. I wouldn't worry too much about it being PR1, it won't affect your search engine rankings. PR is no longer important for achieving good rankings in Google.
Strange things happens with that PR. As for amount of backlinks, i should have PR4-5, but still i have PR3.And best part that one website should have the same, but last time PR been updated, it dropped to PR2...so...
The way that i would look at it is are you getting more visitors and revenue than you did 3 years ago ??? if so then you are moving in the right direct,if the PR,visitors and revenue are static you then have a major problem.
What is your purpose. You want traffic. Don't worry about PR. Just have good on page SEO and build back links. You will get traffic.
