3 year old Tech Site for sale! High CPM On Adsense!

Description: I started this site to share some basic information on Wireless Networking, and to try out a more basic design with an emphasis on SEF to see if Adsense would be more effective (this was started back in 2003 when Adsense was relatively new, and we were all still experimenting with it). The simple design worked, and eCPM is higher on this site than any of my other sites. I have continued to work on the other sites I started at this time (WidescreenGamer and Build a Silent PC) but Wireless Network Guide didn't get much attention from me, due to lack of ideas for content.

It features 3 articles written by me, with very good Google placement. Page Rank is 2.

WNG gets between 600-800 uniques per month, almost exclusively from search engine hits (mostly google of course), with about 1200 pageviews per month.

WNG's Adsense is surprising to me. There is just one google ad on each page, and it's at $20 a month after just sitting there for almost 3 years. Because of the high search placement and simple design, eCPM is higher than any of my other sites. (you can do the math).

From there, it's up to you. If you want to stay with the standard html design, go for it. For my other sites though, I switched to Joomla to make it easier to add content. eCPM went down however, because the simple design WORKS.

There are 2 bids so far, highest $300. Anyone else? This can be a really profitable site for someone to build on. If you look at the Google income chart, you'll see that it made $19.44 with just 1,218 page view. That works out to eCPM of nearly $16!
