Selling 3 Year Old Sports Site - Popular Hockey Player - Great Domain

Hello folks Up for sale here is a 3 year old site that I've been sitting on for a bit, a biographical/statistical site focusing on hockey player PK Subban of the Montreal Canadiens. Subban is a young second year player who has quickly become a crowd favorite for the most popular hockey club in the world.

The domain was purchased in 2009 and the site was launched in 2010. I've never added much to it but recently made a point to add a blog and put a couple of posts up - the new buyer should do the same to keep things fresh.

The site currently receives about 1000 unique visitors per month with abut 3000 page views per month. Keep in mind that this is with no creativity or promotion - between the premium domain and Subban's popularity (and the fact that he's only 22 - he has a long career ahead of him), this site could do quite well with the right attention.

The site is based on WordPress and running on the premium Genesis framework from StudioPress along with the premium Nitrous theme - these are included with the sale.
