3 Year Old Site for Sale. No Time to run it.

I am finally selling my website that I had since April 2003. I am selling because lately I haven't taken care of it and I won't have time to market it in the future. I don't want it to go to waste. I have received decent offers in the past just for the domain name so bid accordingly.

Traffic: Decent. Since this is a very good keyword combination, we get traffic on a daily basis from different sources. The keyword "viagra price" is searched over 4800 times in May 2005 on Overture. To be honest with you, I haven't followed up with this site for months now. I haven't updated the prices for the affiliate program (viagra) on the site in months. So I am not sure if it had brought in revenue. You need to signup for affiliate account and update the site's content once a while.

Each sales usually brings in $20 to $40 in bounty and then about 15% of the total sales. Sometimes profits are up to $80 to $100 per sale. Depending on how many pills you sell. I may have made sales in the recent months and I will have to look into it.

I've looked at the hosting control panel, it seems like the site receives a on average between 60 to 100 visitors from various sites and search engines.

At this point, I am just looking for someone to buy this site because it has a good domain name and has a bit of traffic. If you spend few hours to clean up the site and plan a bit of advertising campaign, you can make some good money. These pharmacy sites do work. Just need to plan it well and take care of them. I have my hands in too many projects and don't want to see it go to waste. This is a great domain name. You’ve seen how many people search for the keyword “Viagra price” on overture alone.
